In order to make this workshop financially accessible, pricing for this based on a sliding scale model:
This highest rate is for those who have an abundance of resources and can afford to pay the regular workshop fee.
This level is for folks who are financially comfortable, but on a fixed budget.
This lowest rate is intended for those who need access to this work, but are otherwise unable to access the resources they need
Join Hannah for a 4 week course on sensory focus and strategies for mobility and strength
For anyone who:
Has generalized joint hypermobility
Has a localized or single joint hypermobility
Has a connective tissue disorder.
Used to be flexible, but has lost mobility
Has a current practice and wants to take it to the next level safely
Wants to return to exercise, but is hesitant due to a history of exercise related injury or low motivation
Is struggling with the activities they used to enjoy
You will learn:
How hypermobility impacts our sensory maps and how that impacts our movement accuracy
How to assess the accuracy of your movement
How to create precision in your movement practices
How to improve proprioception through use of visual, vestibular, and cranial nerve inputs
Strategies you can implement to immediately improve your movement accuracy to get results faster
Saturdays 10:30am-12pm
Registration for all 4 dates strongly encouraged.
What if you can’t make all 4 dates in person?
All handout materials and session recordings will be sent to all participants each week for review.
